Physical and Chemical Properties:

Application:
- Trichloroethylene is a good analgesic at 0.35 to 0.5% concentrations.
- Trilene was also used as an inhaled analgesic.
- It has also been used as a dry cleaningsolvent.
- The greatest use of TCE has been as a degreaser for metal parts.
- TCE has also been used to clean kerosene-fueled rocket engines.
- TCE is also used in the manufacture of a range of fluorocarbon refrigerants.
Storage:
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The storage temperature does not exceed 32°C and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
